About Bret Amundson:
Bret “T-Bone” Amundson is the Emmy-Winning (2020) host of Prairie Sportsman TV, broadcasting to Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Iowa, and Sporting Journal Radio, heard on 30 stations across the midwest. He also guides waterfowl hunts with Mid Migration Outfitters. Recently was host of Northland Outdoors TV and Radio and provided stories and photos for Northland Outdoors Magazine and Website. His articles could also be found on the Forum Communications Network of Newspapers.
Prior to that, he was publisher of Minnesota Sporting Journal Magazine and host of Minnesota Sporting Journal Radio Show. He is a broadcast veteran who has worked at various radio stations in Fargo, Minneapolis, and more. A scholarship winner to the broadcasting school Brown Institute, Bret started his first radio job just 5 months out of high school, while still at Brown.
